Training on Demand

All users of the Training JumpStart^TM Portal perform their work at their convenience and at their own pace - course developers, content reviewers, managers, and learners. They simply use a Web browser to access authorized content and work at their own pace. On-line training available on demand is especially convenient for learners. They can view sections of a course when ready,  skip other sections, and linger over content as they wish, subject to expiration dates that authors or managers set in the system.

Blended Formats

To complement independent, self-study with discussion and collaboration, learning events in real time can be made part of a course structure. Live instructor-led training, webinars, conference calls, chats and instructor assistance with labs (via remote desktop control) can all be structured as part of a course and managed through the Training JumpStart Portal.
