The Training JumpStart™ Portal offers the benefit of fine-grained training access control. Leveraging this feature, a training manager at your company or an authorized client registrar can assign a course to a group or an individual in the registrar's domain. The training manager can grant an enterprise unlimited or metered licenses and can grant a client registrar the ability to register trainees.

A user can be authorized to play/start a course in four possible ways:

A user is assigned a course administratively or a course is assigned to a group to which the user belongs An enterprise is delegated the authority to assign licensed courses to be taken by individuals or groups An end-user buys a course for sale An end-user buys or is granted a subscription to a series of courses
