Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement')

The Agreement is between Training JumpStart Ltd. LLC (referred to as “We” or “Us” or “Our” or “Training JumpStart”) and your company as well as you individually (“The Company” or “You” or “Your”). This Agreement was last updated June 1, 2010.

All information accessible by You through the public pages of Our Web site (www.TrainingJumpStart.com) without logging in with a User ID is considered public information.  We believe that all such public information is accurate, but we cannot warranty or represent that there are no errors or omissions, and regret any such errors or omissions.

All information gained by You when logging in to this site with your assigned User ID and all information gained by You at any one of Our seminars or Our online training or documentation,  is considered “confidential information” except for information about Training JumpStart as found on the public pages of www.TrainingJumpStart.com without a special login, and except for information necessary to be disclosed to members of your workgroup for the sole purpose of evaluation in anticipation of a potential purchase agreement with  Training JumpStart, Ltd. LLC. 

The usage of any of Our products and services by You constittutes full acceptance of the License Agreement (found at www.TrainingJumpStart.com/License), regardless of whether or not usage of Our products and services was provided on a free, trial, or paid basis. The full text of the aforementioned License Agreement is hereby incorporated in this Agreement by reference.

You also represent that attendance of one of our seminars or acceptance of a free-trial license or our detailed training and/or documentation is for the sole purpose of evaluation of our products and services in anticipation of a potential purchase agreement with Us, and will be treated as highly confidential information not to be disclosed outside your immediate workgroup.  We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone.
