Virtually any type of question may be offered, from multiple-choice (with vertical or horizontal radio-button choices or drop-down choices), to true/false, to multi-checkbox, to fill-in-the-blank, to short essay.

Chained Questions
The Training JumpStart Exam Gorilla  lets you automatically define a series of questions which must always appear together. Ask any question in the chain, and all questions appear. For example, if you always want to capture hair color, eye color, height, weight, sex and age, asking for any one of those can be set to automatically include the others.

Automatic Rules-Based Scoring; Automatic Email Notification; Passing Score
The Training JumpStart Exam Gorilla™ lets you automatically score tests and exams using sophisticated online test software. Simply indicate the correct answer in the master copy, and your grading is done for you. Unlike other quizzing and testing systems,Exam Gorilla™ allows you to assign point values to each question, just as if you were administering the exam on paper, optionally with penalties for wrong answers.  The grading rules are highly customizable. On tests and exams, you can elect to show students the correct answers when they’ve completed the test, or, in the case of final exams or professional testing, present them with the score – immediately, or after your review.  In addition, the notion of a “passing score” can be defined, a feature particularly useful for certification testing, and the user can be automatically notified of whether a passing score was achieved.

The Training JumpStart Exam Gorilla™ lets you automatically generate a diploma or certificate of your design for user access upon successful completion of a single exam, or series of tests.

Multiple Authors with Reviewing/Commenting
Are your tests, quizzes, or polls developed by a team? With our unique online comments feature, questionnaire builders can post questions, comments and corrections for one another, conducting online discussions about any test item. Pop up a question, and you can immediately see the entire team’s  comments.

Question Editor
The Training JumpStart Exam Gorilla™ has a robust question editor that lets you format the text of your questions, include graphics within a  question or paste content from Word.  We also allow you to import questions en masse to facilitate moving your tests/surveys online.

Reusing Questions
Most other exam, testing and polling systems let you enter questions to define a questionnaire, but if another questionnaire has some of the same questions on it, you have to recreate the entire set of questions.  Not so with the Training JumpStart Exam Gorilla™. Questions and answers are stored in a database, both single and chained questions. Want to use a question on another questionnaire? Just include it. It’s as simple as that. You only have to enter a question or series of questions once for reuse in as many tests, exams, quizzes or questionnaires that you wish.

Keyword Tagging for Question Retrieval
With a large bank of questions, do you think it’ll be hard to find the question you want to use? Not with keyword tagging: Tag every question with one or more keywords or phrases.
